How to Identify PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge Quality?
Its quality is determined by the tightness of its fiber. A good PP melt blown filter cartridge inside fiber is tight and uniform. It is difficult to identify by our naked eyes.
How to distinguish PP melt blown filter cartridge quality? It can be done from the following aspects:
1. Weigh. Weigh it by hand. The heavier, the higher filter fiber density, and the better quality.
2. Look at compressibility. The better compressibility, the better quality of PP melt blown filter cartridge.
3. Touching, the stronger feeling, the better quality.
4. Look at the material. The regular PP melt blown filter cartridge has uniform color and smooth white surface. The bad PP melt blown filter cartridge is not uniform in color and poor in texture.
