How to Install Pleated Filter Cartridges and Replace Filter Cartridge Conditions?

1.Preparation

1. Clean the pipeline before installing the filter element.
2. Confirm that the selected filter element is suitable for the fluid being filtered.
3. Please check if the filter element packaging is intact before use.
4. Use scissors to cut open the plastic packaging bag and do not damage the filter element inside.
5. In order to avoid accidental contamination of the filter element, dust-free gloves should be worn during operation.
6. Refer to related methods for cleaning and wetting.

2.Installation process

1) Single port plug-in filter element

1. Ensure that the O-ring is intact and placed in the groove correctly.
2. It is recommended to moisten the O-ring of the filter element for easy installation.
3. Turn and insert the filter element and move it into place. Do not force the operation.

2) 226 socket filter element

1. Please twist the filter element clockwise to make the positioning fins enter the slot of the filter

1. The filter element failed the integrity test.
2. The pressure difference reaches more than 2bar. (Subject to the actual communication confirmed by the engineer to confirm the recommended pressure difference)
3. The flow rate does not meet the production requirements.
4. Has reached a proven service life.
