Inlet Natural Gas Separation

The natural gas acquisition system through pipes to deliver a large amount of gas to the inlet of natural gas processing equipment. In order to ensure the follow-up process smooth, the separation of solid impurities and residual liquids in the inlet gas is a critical first step.

Iron oxide, iron sulfide, dust and a large number of deformable particles suspended in natural gas will be directly transferred to the natural gas treatment system. The effective removal of these impurities ensures that the desulphurization and drying system is not damaged.

The cartridge filtration system is located at the front of the gas-liquid coalescer or can be integrated into a multistage separation system to effectively remove solids & deformed particles. The filtration system protects downstream processes and extends service life of coalescing system.Continuous gas purification reduces volatility, filter replacement frequency and downtime in the process.
