Master Filtration MFBP Series Non-woven PP PE Liquid Filter Bag, adapts more than 30 kinds of PP, PE different length fiber to form, mainly using in petrochemical industry, paint, biomedicine, automobile manufacturing, food and beverage and other fields for industrial particle removal. PP fiber filter material forms a highly fluffy three-dimension circuitous filter layer. Loose fiber structure increases contaminant capacity. This fiber material belongs to a compound interception way, which can effectively remove solid and soft particles. Large particles are blocked on the surface of fiber, while fine particles are captured in the deep layer of filter material to ensure the pp filter bag is not damaged due to the increase of pressure. Therefore, it has a high filtration efficiency. In addition, the high temperature surface singeing and calendering treatment, can effectively prevent the fiber from being affected by liquid high-speed impact during filtration, which is not only to avoid fiber dropping from be polluted, but also to reduce the pressure drop and increase the flow rate. The best replacement pressure difference is 0.10Mpa and the maximum is 0.16Mpa.
