Master Filtration MFRP Series PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge, by heating and melting, spinning and traction technology, the polypropylene (PP) fibers were used to bond themselves to form a three-dimensional curved microporous structure with larger surface area. The fiber diameter and density change controllably in the diameter direction of the filter cartridge, and thus it forms a multi-layer gradient pore dense inside and loose outside structure. The special multi-layer structure makes particles be intercepted layer by layer in liquid filtration.
The melt blown cartridge filters are sturdy with a fixed pore structure. The process fluids travel through the medium in a straight path and may encounter up to eight impingements on the way. The cartridge filters with excellent chemical resistance, high contaminant capacity are widely is used in applications involving water filtration, RO pre filtration, Oils, Filtration of slightly corrosive liquids, compatible solvents and gasses.
